After interviewing with a number of window replacement companies, we decided on Trident Windows based upon the quality of the windows presented and the attention to detail demonstrated by both Troy and Peter. As with any type of home improvement, a lot a questions arise before, during and after the installation process. We were very pleased with the response time to inquiries during the entire process, especially during post installation.
After having all of our windows replaced, we were especially concerned and naturally observant during the rain storms of 2023. We did not experience any leaks nor experience mechanical difficulties with our windows.
Likewise, in the summer of 2022 the new windows significantly helped in keeping the indoor temperature down.
Overall, we are very pleased with our decision to replace our old windows and would not hesitate to recommend Trident Windows to any of our family
or friends.

Trident replaced all the windows and a sliding glass doors on the downstairs unit of my duplex.
I contacted them for a quote, after watching them replace my next door neighbor’s windows.
Having replaced the upper unit’s windows with the same exact brand/style (Milgard), the year before, using my general contractor, for the installation, I new Trident’s quote was fair.
For the lower unit, I wanted a contractor that just specialized in windows, because I could not afford to disturb my tenants in a protracted experience like I had with my general contractor in the upper unit.
Even though the windows were the retrofit style, there is still quite a bit of detail work to set them in carefully and correctly and then caulk everything. I was impressed they were able to complete the entire job in a single day. Even when the sliding door was too big to fit through the front door, they didn’t miss a beat, lowering it down from the deck of the upper unit.
They also cut and fit custom wood casings for them, as I did not want to use the vinyl strips that come with the windows.
I didn’t have anything else to do, so I watched them work carefully, competently and efficiently, all day and “helped” (got in their way).

After meeting with Peter and Troy to decide on what type and how many windows to replace. We decided that Trident Window & Doors would replace 13 windows, a huge sliding patio door, and add an exterior door. The Anlin windows they installed are great at reducing outside noise, and allowing us to have better inside temperature control. The installers were very efficient, thoroughly cleaned the work areas, very professional and so kind to our rescue animals. I have referred them to others and will continue to do so. I can't wait until we get our addition done so we can use Trident Windows and the crew again.
